Sin City. This lounge is pure indulgent, relaxing, perfect sin though. Eat and drink your post-Vegas blues away at what could be my second new favorite Centurion Lounge (Dallas will always be my favorite). When I came here on a Monday around 5pm, it was dead. Quite possibly this could be because most people have left Vegas by Sunday night or Monday morning, but Las Vegas is also a good layover spot so I was slightly shocked. More roasted chicken and chocolate budino for Chelsea.
Complimentary Food & Beverage
The best part, of course! I have only been to this Centurion Lounge for dinner, but for breakfast they offer food such as Tomato & Basil Poached Eggs, Potatoes with Sweet Corn, Jalapeno, & Basil, and Ricotta Pancakes with Chamomile Scented Whipped Cream & Fresh Berries.
For lunch and dinner, I found that the menu online did not completely match what was being offered that day, but the food might have even been better in my opinion! I dined on Roasted Chicken, Farro & Kale Salad, and Grilled Zucchini with a Yogurt Sauce. There is also the typical salad bar, cookies, etc.
Now on to the drinks. They have their typical beer, wine, and liquor selections as well as specialty cocktails. Upon recommendation from the bartender, I enjoyed the Airmail: 10 Cane Rum, Domaine Chandon Brut, Lime Juice, Honey Syrup.
The food options change frequently based on the season (obviously a good thing), but the food is always wonderful! Of course there is the standard coffee machines, water, and tea.
Varied Seating Options
I love the seating at this Centurion Lounge, it could possible be my favorite. There are plenty of private areas and feels very spread out. It has the common decor of any Centurion Lounge, but the layout is just so much more aesthetically appealing and practical.
