One of my most requested blog posts is my daily routine, so I partnered with Liveli to show you a pretty typical type of day while traveling!
As my profession is curating bespoke travel experiences for my clients, when I myself personally travel my days are often filled with touring different hotels, trying out different activities and culinary experiences, and then of course catching up on work as well. My days are often long, so I have found that sticking to somewhat of a routine (and a healthy one at that!) helps which is where Liveli comes in.
Liveli is a comprehensive supplement system that aims at revolutionizing brain health and overall wellness. My regimen consists of the Liveli All In System which is three Liveli products daily: Restore Dayli in the morning with breakfast, Focus Clearli when I hit the afternoon slump and need to focus on work, and Sleep Peacefulli at night so that I get an optimal night’s sleep. Each of these three products are individually packaged per dosage making it easy to throw in your bag or pocket on the go.
Also, Liveli just completed a 12-week test pilot program with CVS and as of April 28th, they will be expanding into 4,000 stores across the US including the new Health Hub concept in Texas!
Read along to see how I incorporated the Liveli All In System into my daily routine on my recent trip to Costa Rica!

7:30am: Quick Morning Workout
To me there’s no better way to start a morning than getting active, so I typically try to squeeze in even just a 20 minute work while traveling. It helps me start the day with a clear mind and endorphins running! I love to finish my morning workouts with some meditation or coffee & quiet time.
9am: Breakfast
With my morning workout now done, it’s time to fuel up for the day! I always make sure to have a nutritious full breakfast while traveling in preparation for the day’s activities ahead.
With breakfast I take my Restore Dayli, which is essentially my daily multivitamin but better as it is packed with 13 essential vitamins plus magnesium, zinc, calcium, omega-3 fatty acids, turmeric, cayenne, ginseng, rosemary, and more. This convenient pack contains just what you need to take on the day, aiding in improving energy, mood and vitality. I love how easy it is to fit the packet in my pocket or purse!
10:30am: Hiking & Horseback Riding
Re-energized and ready to experience all that Costa Rica has to offer, we embarked on a hike to a waterfall on property and learning about the different wildlife in the rainforest leading there. I didn’t know there were so many different types of frogs and ants! We met our horses from there who took us back to the hotel along a scenic route (and making some friends along the way!)
12pm: “Farm to Table” Experience for Our Lunch
After a great hike and horseback ride, we headed to the on-site vegetable/fruit garden to pick out items for our lunch! I was amazed by how many different types of herbs, veggies, and fruit there were on property. Talk about fresh!
1pm: Lunch
Now’s the time to eat all of our gifts from the garden, and it was so fun to see how the chef used the local ingredients we picked in our lunch dishes.
3pm: Catching Up on Work
Yes, even in the most beautiful exotic places I have to work… that’s part of the job! I typically use the time in between lunch and dinner to catch up on emails, work on clients’ proposals for their trips, etc.
You can imagine after an already jam-packed morning and day, it can be hard to focus on work (and also dealing with the 3pm slump, am I right?) I take Focus Clearli for to boost my energy & help me focus so that I use my time most efficiently. Focus Clearli’s key ingredients include green tea leaf extract, gingko+ginseng, bacopa, 5-HTP, vitamin B12, L-tyrosine, cayenne, PQQ, and more.
7pm: Sundowner & Dinner
One of my favorite ways to wind down at the end of the day is with a good glass of wine and a great meal surrounded by amazing company. The sunsets from our main lodge area in Costa Rica were beautiful, and it was nice to reflect on the day with my mom while enjoying its beauty. From there we went on to dinner which kept with the theme of being fresh, local, and incredible. Five courses later, and my food coma was ready for bed!
10pm: Bedtime
I am naturally an early bird when it comes to both waking up and going to sleep, so by 10pm (or sometimes earlier) I am typically winding down and getting ready for bed.
I take Sleep Peacefulli right before bed to help me “shut down” at night and achieve optimal sleep. To me, sleep is the most important thing to get while I travel (no “sleep when you’re dead” for this girl!), so this supplement is essential when trying to adjust to different timezones, after long travel days, or just when I know my body needs a full night’s rest. Key ingredients include: melatonin, 5-HTP, GABA, L-theanine, ashwagandha, valerian root, chamomile, magnesium, hops, phosphatidylserine, taurine, and more.
Safe travels y’all!
